Join our Transcom Team as a Team Leader!

Be on the front line of leading and supporting your team while driving operational excellence and delivering impactful results. In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve performance, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and develop action plans to support continuous improvement and employee growth.
  • Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and client requirements are consistently followed while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, drive team engagement, and support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Work rotational shifts; location is 5th settlement.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper Intermediate) to C1 (Advanced) level.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A university/college diploma or equivalent degree.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar people management role, preferably in a BPO, customer service, or contact center environment.
  • Experience managing team performance through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Ability to monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement action plans to achieve operational targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with workforce management, CRM, or contact center tools is considered an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude, strong sense of accountability, and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
