Join us as a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner in Tirana!

In this role, you will:
  • Support the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and recruit top talents;
  • Find the right match between candidate and Transcom company;
  • Coordinate existing and new vacancies (full recruitment life-cycle);
  • Drive candidate attraction and experience proactively;
  • Working by KPI driven performance;
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with Operation Stakeholders;

What we are looking for:
  • University degree;
  • Fluent English and Italian (a must);
  • Specific training and/or work experience in Recruitment;
