  • the day-to-day oversight of our quality operations, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
  • You will manage, mentor, and support a dedicated quality team, fostering their continuous growth and development. 
  • A key aspect of this role involves monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure excellence in quality metrics and adherence to operational targets.
  • Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in client relations, regularly meeting with clients to present comprehensive quality reports and discuss performance insights. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to quality, driving continuous improvement across all processes.

What are we looking for:

  • Experience 1-3 years in similar areas
  • BPO Experience.
  • Knowledge of English language (B1+ or B2)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work from our office in New Cairo
  • Adaptable and flexible person
  • Someone who is detail-oriented and ready to work with given deadlines
  • Highly developed patience and communication skills
