Join our Transcom Team as a Junior Resource Planning Analyst!

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
  • Be responsible for the correct implementation of the Human Resources policies defined at the Company, in terms of labor relations and personnel management and administration, guaranteeing effective support to the Organization's remaining functional areas and to all employees forming part of the Organization.
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn together with your colleagues.
  • Work rotational shifts; locations include 5th Settlement and Smart Village.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • English language level: B1 (very good) or higher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office is a must.
  • University/College diploma or equivalent degree (e.g., Economics, Administration, Business Studies, or similar).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (administration or resource planning support, preferably within a large, dynamic organization).
  • Basic understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, or operational resource management principles is required.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes is an advantage.
  • Experience handling formal documents and sensitive data.
