Join Transcom as a Talent Acquisition Partner!

Be on the front line of support for our teams and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

 * Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, from job ad creation and selection of candidates to conducting interviews and assessments.
 * Manage the offer and on-boarding stages for new hires.
 * Identify relevant sourcing channels, mainly for roles within German, Dutch, and Nordic speaking customer service in Iberia.
 * Work hands-on to improve candidate touchpoints by refining recruitment tools and processes.
 * Strengthen our employer brand through internal and external channels to attract Transcom's most valuable assets—our people!
 * Ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled within the SLAs and deadlines.
 * Develop and maintain relations with stakeholders across functions and geographies while providing support to other locations within Europe.

What we are looking for:

 To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

 * Experience: At least one year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
 * Language Skills: Fluency in English plus one of the following: German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish. Fluent Spanish is a plus.
 * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
 * Adaptability: The ability to thrive when working across cultures and nationalities while adapting to requirements in various locations.
 * Digital Mindset: A good understanding of recruitment systems, social media, and tools.
 * Diversity Advocate: A commitment to providing support and challenging hiring decisions to secure diversity in recruitment.
 * Previous TA-related experience is a plus.
