Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Providing daily mentoring and coaching for team members with the goal of achieving targets and expectations;

  • Monitoring and evaluating the results and the quality of work and providing prompt feedback;

  • Analysing and improving current processes;

  • Ensuring a high degree of motivation in the team;

  • Taking responsibility for the team's performance and work;

  • Creating an environment suitable for success by promoting and recognizing each person’s initiatives and efforts;

  • Successful coordination of tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, business manager, client);

  • Reporting to the business manager of the project;

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian language (C1/C2);

  • Excellent knowledge of English language (C1);

  • At least 1 year of work experience in Transcom is an advantage;

  • Ability to work from Skopje when needed;

  • Ability to work in shifts (are lines are open 24/7);

  • Prior experience on a QA, RTA, JTL or Lead CSR/Senior CSR role is an advantage;

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

  • Ability to analyse and solve complex issues that may require research and creative solutions, making sound decisions with limited supervision;

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment;

  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and display professional ethical conduct;

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to work in a team of peers;
