Be the driving force behind our team's expertise. In this role, you will develop and foster the essential skills required for our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to excel. Your mission is to ensure every team member has the knowledge and competence to meet the high-quality standards our clients expect.
In this role, you will:
  • Prepare and deliver training: Organize and impart engaging courses for new recruits and introduce existing teams to new products.
  • Support new talent: Supervise the performance of CSRs as they join the service, providing hands-on support to bridge any knowledge gaps.
  • Analyze performance: Continuously monitor and assess quality and results to ensure all service objectives are being met.
  • Collaborate with clients: Attend high-level meetings with our clients to receive and translate new information into actionable training.
  • Design learning materials: Partner with internal departments to create comprehensive training manuals and visual presentations.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
  • Minimum studies: Compulsory Secondary Education (Bachelor’s degree or university training in Sociology, Education, or similar is a strong advantage).
  • Specialized Training: Knowledge of teaching methodologies, coaching techniques, or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education is highly valued.
  • IT Excellence: High-level proficiency in Google Apps and E-mail communication; intermediate level in MS Office.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent public speaking ability, and a passion for developing others.
