Join Transcom as a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative!

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
  • Support a client that empowers communities through sustainable energy solutions and broadband connectivity, improving life in northwestern Germany and Poland
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues;
  • Work in shifts Monday–Friday, 7 AM–8 PM | Saturday, 8 AM–4 PM;
  • Start working October 3rd.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • C1 or native proficiency in German (spoken and written);
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to actively listen;
  • A flexible and curious mindset, ready to adapt and learn;
  • A genuine passion for delivering brilliant customer experiences.
In order to work from home, you will need to have:
  • A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher.
