Join Transcom as an Outbound Agent!
You will become part of our commercial team, acting as the link between customers and sustainable energy solutions. In your daily work, you will be responsible for:
  • Establishing and managing commercial contacts by phone;
  • Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored proposals;
  • Promoting solar solutions in a clear and value-oriented way;
  • Building trust-based relationships with potential and existing customers;
  • Performing other tasks related to the commercial line.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Availability to work shifts;
  • Availability to work between 09:00 and 21:00;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities;
  • Results-driven mindset and goal orientation;
  • Good time management, organization, and sense of responsibility;
  • Availability to come to our office 1week per month.

This is a hybrid position, we consider that for it to be comfortable for you, you must live in a maximum radius of 30km from metropolitan Porto. But, of course that is your decision.
