Join Transcom as a Junior Business Manager!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
  • Support revenue growth initiatives and contribute to achieving team targets;
  • Assist in client relationship management and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction;
  • Support sales and business development activities by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement;
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and team support activities when needed;
  • Help maintain quality standards and contribute to process optimization.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Fluency in English (C1+);
  • Portuguese skills (B1+) are valued but not mandatory;
  • Previous experience or internship in Client Relations, Sales, Customer Support or similar areas is a plus;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Commercial mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow;
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or business environments is a plus.
