Join us as a Quality Analyst at Transcom!
In this role, you will:

Play a key role in ensuring that our processes, services, and customer interactions consistently meet the highest quality standards. By analyzing performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and working closely with both internal stakeholders and clients, you will help drive continuous improvement and support our teams in delivering exceptional service.
  • Conducting quality reviews of processes, workflows, and customer interactions
  • Analyzing data, identifying deviations, and providing actionable recommendations
  • Driving and following up on improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Reporting directly to the client and maintaining an ongoing dialogue regarding quality performance
  • Coaching and supporting teams in quality standards and best practices

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

We are looking for a structured and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, and turning insights into concrete improvements. You are detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable collaborating with others to drive quality and performance. In addition, you have:
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish or Danish, both written and spoken
  • Relevant experience in quality assurance, quality analysis, customer service, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a data driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and preferably Microsoft Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Genuine interest in continuous improvement and delivering exceptional quality
