Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next Sourcing Specialist for our Transcom Iloilo site.


Join our Transcom Family as a Sourcing Specialist!

  • Responsible for the day-to-day sourcing activities to contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Manage assigned sourcing channel/s through strategic planning, implementation and analysis.
  • Drive site applications and hires through his/her assigned sourcing channel/s.
  • Plan and implement channel-specific activities.
  • Collaborate with various Transcom partners/vendors to implement talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Attain assigned goals/targets: Leads, WBs, Hires, Conversion and CPH.
  • Formulate strategies for his/her assigned channel/s and implement initiatives which are beneficial to Transcom.
  • Coordinate with Vendors, Transcom Internal Teams and Employees to implement and generate the needed output on leads, actual applications and hires.
  • Monitor and manage performance of assigned channel/s.
  • Reporting (Creating, Analyzing and Publishing Data necessary for strategic planning).
  • Ensure channel initiatives and function are aligned with Transcom’s policies, cost and process compliance.
  • Responsible for procurement and invoicing of assigned channel/s’ expenses.
  • Source qualified candidates to fill hiring demands.
  • Ensure achievement of Sourcing Targets by implementing cost-effective strategies for Transcom Recruitment.
  • Monitor market trends and innovative sourcing techniques to increase effectiveness in the role.
  • Come up with channel-specific proposals to increase capability to source candidates.
  • Respond to all queries related to his/her assigned channel/s.
  • Maintain, track and analyse numbers and come up with action plans for encountered challenges.
  • Track channel spend accordingly.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned in support of the organization’s goals and objectives.  
What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of General Talent Attraction Strategies.
  • Successfully handled a sourcing channel/s in previous experience or role.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a highly changing environment.
