Join our Transcom Team as a Business Manager!

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
  • Be responsible for overseeing business operations, ensuring effective execution of strategies, and driving performance in alignment with company goals. You will work to optimize processes, strengthen service delivery, and ensure consistent operational excellence across all teams.
  • Lead initiatives that improve business performance, enhance customer experience, and support employee development through strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to overall business success by identifying growth opportunities, implementing improvements, and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance alongside your colleagues.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • English language proficiency: C1 (Advanced) level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on performance, efficiency, and continuous business improvement.
  • Solid MS Office knowledge is a must.
  • University/College diploma or equivalent degree (Business Administration, Management, Economics, or similar fields).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business operations, management, team leadership, or similar role within a large, dynamic organization (preferably in contact center or service environments).
  • Strong understanding of business performance management, operational KPIs, and process optimization principles is a must.
  • Experience in leading teams, managing projects, or driving operational initiatives is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking is an asset.
  • Experience handling structured data, reports, budgets, and formal business documentation.
  • Previous experience with business management systems, workforce tools, or operational platforms is an advantage.
