Join our Transcom Team as a Senior Real-Time Analyst!

Be on the front line of operational support and deliver impactful results at a company level. In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for monitoring real-time performance, ensuring proper workforce management practices are followed, and supporting operations through intraday analysis and adjustments to meet service levels.
  • Contribute to the project’s success by identifying trends, proposing improvements, sharing insights, and collaborating with your colleagues.
  • Work rotational shifts; locations include 5th Settlement and Smart Village.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

  • English proficiency: minimum B2 (very good) or higher.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage client relationships.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge is a must, especially Excel.
  • University/College diploma or equivalent degree (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, or similar).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) or in Workforce Management within a large, dynamic organization.
  • Solid understanding of real-time monitoring tools and workforce management concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Experience handling performance data and operational reports with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with sensitive data in a structured and professional manner
  • Experience with WFM tools or systems (e.g., scheduling/forecasting platforms) is an advantage.
