Join us as an Office Administrator:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office environment and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. Your mission will include:
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment and systems to ensure the office is fully functional;
  • Assist with filing, record-keeping and organizing company documents both digitally and physically;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and assist with planning office events and meetings.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Fluency in English; any other additional language is a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail);
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
