 We are looking for a new German-speaking Team Leader for our Shkodra office, responsible for customer service for a major international customer.

 In this role, you will be the support and point of reference for the team. You will be responsible for maintaining and effectively managing a stable team. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of the skills of the customer service agents, thus ensuring excellent product knowledge and increased productivity. The daily activities will focus on achieving maximum efficiency and excellent quality, maintaining the morale of the assigned CSR team and developing the skills of the agents.

 What we are looking for:

 · High school diploma or equivalent
 · Knowledge of German at level C1 and English at level B2
 · Excellent IT skills
 · Knoweledge in MS office package
 · Customer orientation and ability to adapt
 · Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
 · Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as listening skills
 · Ability to analyse and solve complex issues
 · Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment;
 · Demonstrate a process-improvement mind-set and self-driven approach with a can-do attitude
