Join Transcom as a Junior Office Administrator!

• Provide administrative support across departments

• Communicate daily with employees, clients, and suppliers

• Organize meetings, business trips, and various internal events

• Assist in coordination between the accounting and human resources departments

• Collect offers and manage office supply inventory

• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (mail, phone, email)

• Oversee workplace safety and maintenance

• Ensure all office spaces are functional and welcoming

• Support overall operational efficiency through various admin tasks

What we are looking for:

• Minimum high school diploma; college or university degree is a plus (preferably in business administration, management, business studies, or similar)

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Developed analytical abilities

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel skills will be considered as an advantage)

• Positive attitude and responsibility toward work, problem-solving oriented

• Systematic approach and ability to prioritize tasks during periods of varying workload
