To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
Previous experience of CX and/or BPO environment at Operations Manager or similar
Experience in Team management
Able to manage profit and loss
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders
Skilled at working with clients and their needs
Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience
Belief that customers deserve more than just support.
C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Portuguese and English.
Good Spanish language skills would be a bonus.
