Join us as a Business Manager!

As Business Manager at Transcom you will:

  • Build trust with the client

  • Be responsible for P&L that you manage

  • Ensure client satisfaction

  • Empower and coach your team leaders to build world class teams

  • Control, monitor, report on and analyse relevant KPIs

  • Ensure high employee satisfaction by building trust in the team

  • Ensure a smooth and profitable operation

  • Ensure that targets are set for each employee

To be successful in this role you 

  • Have 3+ years of experience in customer service and contact center support

  • Possess 2+ years of experience in leading complex teams 

  • Are experienced in BPO/contact centres

  • Demonstrate leadership and management skills

  • Are “hands on” with a “doer” approach

  • Confident, with a “Can do” attitude

  • Able to keep calm,work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Take ownership

  • Are analytical and a problem solver

  • A team player

  • Have native level Portuguese and English language skills. Spanish would be a bonus
