Strengthen the team of our client, an influential brand in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will act as a bridge between customers and solutions. Your mission will include:
  • Providing customer support through multiple channels (call, chat, email);
  • Assisting our client’s customers by offering solutions and responding to all inquiries promptly;
  • This is a great opportunity for those who love helping others and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

What are we looking for:
  • Native or fluent in English (C1 or plus);
  • Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included);
  • Good computer skills;
  • Ability to generate empathy in written form;
  • Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot issues;
  • Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers;
  • Ability to manage time and meet goals.
