Join our Transcom Family as a Customer Support Specialist!
As part of our Nordic Talent Pool, you will be considered for upcoming roles within our premium support operations. We focus on high-quality customer care rather than aggressive sales. Depending on your matching project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Premium Care: Handling incoming customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a first-class experience during every contact.
Active Listening: Understanding and troubleshooting customer requests, whether it’s helping someone maximize their high-tech Samsung devices or guiding a premium automotive customer through service or contract inquiries.
Teamwork: Being a supportive teammate in an international, supportive, and bubbly office environment where we win together.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in our premium teams, the following minimum skills are needed:
Language Proficiency: Native or fluent (written and spoken) in at least ONE of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.
Global Collaboration: Intermediate English skills (B2+ level) to navigate internal systems and training comfortably.
The Right Attitude: A genuine passion for helping people, high patience, and a commitment to delivering top-tier quality service.
Requirements: You must be 18 years or older and hold a high school diploma. No previous customer service experience is required—we hire for potential and train for skills!
