Join Transcom as a Junior Office Administrator!
Provide administrative support across departments
Communicate daily with employees, clients, and suppliers
Organize meetings, business trips, and various internal events
Assist in coordination between the accounting and human resources departments
Collect offers and manage office supply inventory
Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (phone, email)
Oversee workplace safety and maintenance
Ensure all office spaces are functional and welcoming
Support overall operational efficiency through various admin tasks
Managing at administrative level the documents generated in the billing processes in coordination with Finance,
following the established procedures.

What we are looking for:

Minimum high school diploma; college or university degree is a plus (preferably in business administration,
management, business studies, or similar)
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Developed analytical abilities
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel skills will be considered as an advantage)
Positive attitude and responsibility toward work, problem-solving oriented
Systematic approach and ability to prioritize tasks during periods of varying workload
