Responsibilities

  • As a Salesforce Solution Architect, your primary responsibility will be to conduct and manage requirement validation from both technical and functional feasibility points of view
  • You will design and document high-quality software solutions according to specifications and standards
  • In this role, you will analyze and review business and functional requirements, ensuring accurate solutions by converting user stories
  • Additionally, you will document and design custom applications based on specified requirements and standards
  • Your expertise will be crucial in providing solutions and recommendations to any issues reported by business users
  • Proactively applying best practices, you will strive to avoid future issues and ensure the efficiency of software solutions
  • Collaboration with the Product Owner and technical IT Architect will be necessary for technology consultations, mentoring, architecture reviews, and technology Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
  • As part of a global team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve project goals

    Qualifications
  • A university degree (Technical or Business) or equivalent experience
  • Proven knowledge of SalesCloud and ServiceCloud, demonstrating your expertise in these Salesforce platforms
  • Training or certification in Salesforce, validating your proficiency in its functionalities
  • General knowledge of CRM business processes to understand the broader context of software solutions
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across IT and business departments, facilitating collaboration and understanding
  • Understanding of integration scenarios, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems
  • Training or certification in agile methodologies (SCRUM), enabling you to work efficiently within an agile development environment
  • Good understanding of Agile principles to support iterative and collaborative software development
  • Several years of software development, testing, and operations experience
  • Good proficiency in both German and English languages, allowing for effective communication in our multicultural work environment
