Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Finnish Customer Service Representative. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the financial industry.

Join us as a Customer Support Specialist!
In this role, you will:
  • Represent a leading multinational banking and financial services provider;
  • Respond to customer queries related to money transfers, invoices, accounts in a timely and accurate way via phone;
  • Contribute to the project’s success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.

What we are looking for:
  • Finnish language proficiency at B2+ level;
  • English language proficiency at B1+ level;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Flexibility in 24/7 changing shifts (Monday–Friday, 18:00–09:00, Saturday and Sunday 24/7). You can expect around 4-6 night shifts per month.
