The Technical Support Engineer T1 will hold a secondary role of handling content management system, encompassing publishing contents, supporting in-country administrators to troubleshoot their own CMS-related technical issues.

Beginner Level Technical Skill Requirements (Web development)
HTML/CSS
Google Workspace, NotebookLM
Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio
Trello/Jira
Technical University degree
Background in ITIL Foundation is a plus
Background in Scrum Agile Framework is a plus
Has knowledge in using Google Workspace
Has content developer experience
Ability to quickly understand business processes
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis
Ability to do simple to complex process mappings
Strong analytical, communication and fluent English presentation skills
Interest in and understanding of the business, its strategies, its people and its organisational structures
Self-motivated with great initiative and highly independent; Enthusiastic and positive spirit.
Ability to work under pressure
Has the ability to articulate issues and work with business leaders and senior management
Complies to company policies and non-disclosure agreements
