Transcom is a global community of customer experience experts – nimble, driven, and committed to the brands we serve. Right now, we’re looking for a Marketing Director for the  EMEA region. This person will be responsible for positioning the company as a digital leader in BPO and CX within the EMEA region. They will drive lead generation, relationship marketing, events, digital marketing, and marketing measurements for the entire EMEA region.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Specific work experience in B2B services marketing 

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud) 

  • Ability to connect marketing activities with business outcomes

  • Skills to lead and inspire marketing teams across multiple countries

  • Strong stakeholder skills to align with sales and leadership teams

  • Strong project management skills

  • Capacity to manage budgets and resources

  • Openness to testing new approaches and leveraging AI/data-driven marketing solutions.

  • Resilience and change management skills

  • Ability to navigate uncertainty and lead teams through transitions

  • Fluency in written and spoken English - C2

  • Proficiency in French, German or Spanish would be an advantage
