Join Transcom as a Director of Client Services! 


The Director of Client Services serves as the senior strategic partner for Transcom’s most important clients. The role owns the overall health, growth, and profitability of the relationship while aligning Transcom’s operational delivery, commercial strategy, and technology innovation with the client’s evolving business priorities.


The Director of Client Services operates at the intersection of client leadership, operations, and sales. Success requires the ability to deeply understand the client’s business, anticipate their strategic needs, and position Transcom as a partner that delivers measurable outcomes through operational excellence, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement.


This role requires someone who:

  • Can increase client revenue

  • Manages profitability and margin performance

  • Is able to deliver against KPIs and SLAs

  • Ensures client satisfaction and with it long-term partnerships

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

  • +10 years of experience in BPO, customer experience outsourcing or large-scale service operations

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, Operations Management or related is preferred

  • Proven ability in managing client relationships and P&L accountability

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior client stakeholders & translate business needs into operational solutions

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of AI-driven CX transformation and digital service models

  •  Effective cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, and product teams

  • Analytical and financially literate with ability to manage complex commercial relationships

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • English: Fluent C1/C2, additional languages, in particular German, are an asset


This is a fully remote role and is open to applicants in Spain, Bosnia, North Macedonia, Croatia and Germany
