We have the infrastructure, the data volume, and the engineering. Join us as a Product Manager to take this portfolio to the next level.

You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our enterprise CX and AX AI-enabled products. You will be defining the business case, managing the lifecycle from discovery to general availability, and calling the shots on investments.

What you will actually do:

  • Own the Strategy:

  • Translate high-level market needs into a concrete roadmap. You decide what we build, why we build it, and, crucially, what we don't build

  • Drive Economics:

  • Innovation must be sustainable. You will build business cases, set pricing, and strictly monitor unit economics and ROI

  • Bridge the Gap:

  • Serve as the translator between our operations, sales, clients and engineering teams. You ensure technical execution aligns with operational reality

  • Go-to-Market:

  • You don't just ship code, you drive adoption. You will run trials, define positioning, and ensure our Sales teams are equipped to win

To be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience (BPO, SaaS, or AI) with a proven track record of launching products from concept to scale

  • You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable reading system diagrams,understanding the capabilities (and limitations) of LLMs & cloud components

  • You prioritize based on evidence and financial impact, not hype. You are comfortable making trade-offs with incomplete information 

  • English verbal and written: C1 or above

  • Additional Language skills: Additional language proficiency is beneficial
