We're looking for a motivated and skilled Product Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll lead sales initiatives, mentor teams, build strong customer relationships, and optimize sales processes. Join us as a Product Specialist!

Your main responsibilities would be:
● Monitoring and tracking Sales KPIs
● Maintaining and improving customer relationships
● Mentoring and leading the sales team
● Coordination between sales teams and other departments
● Preparation and tracking of sales reports
● Organizing and leading meetings with clients and representatives from the Sales department
● Training and supporting Sales Specialists and Sales agents
● Supporting new members of the sales team
● Managing sales materials (scripts, presentations, all documentation, and work materials)
● Developing and implementing sales strategies
● Influencing sales growth and achieving targets
● Innovation and process optimization

What we expect from you:

Excellent knowledge of English language
Experience in customer support industry is mandatory
● Ability to work from our office in Belgrade 50% of the time
● Work experience in sales will be considered an advantage
● Great knowledge of MS office package
● Flexible and ambitious approach to work
● Developed judgment and negotiation skills
● Analytical and problem-solving skills
● Developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to communicate
effectively, tactfully, and kindly)
