We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional with strong SAP skills and a solid accounting background. If you're detail-oriented, confident in managing receivables, and more importantly - proficient in Excel, join our international team and make an impact in a dynamic finance environment.

Join us as an Accounting Advisor!

Your main responsibilities would be:
● Monitoring of receivables management and the due dates of invoices and payment terms in SAP
● Allocating of customer payments with related invoices in SAP
● Daily checking payments and issuing necessary documents.
● Processing credit notes and debit notes
● Control of cash allocation and customer settlement for account reconciliation
● Control and monitoring of overdue management (dunning process)
● Monitoring of weekly internal reports
● Researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges with related credit notes or claims
● Communicating other departments for customer claims and processing necessary documents
● Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
● Managing an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable files

What we expect:
  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) – essential for communication and documentation
  • English proficiency – a valuable asset for international coordination
  • Prior experience with SAP – mandatory (ideally in Accounts Receivable and/or Payable)
  • Strong accounting background – with practical knowledge of financial processes and principles
  • Advanced Excel skills – including data analysis, reconciliation tools, and reporting functions
  • Excellent analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail
