We are looking for a passionate student that is proficient in Swedish and English to support our Swedish talent acquisition team and help us bring some amazing talent!


Join us as a Talent Acquisition Intern for the Swedish language!

You would be responsible of full time recruitment cycle which includes:

  • Assisting in monitoring and taking care of the document administration

  • Monitoring the flow of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System

  • Conducting screening interviews with candidates 

  • Candidate database search

  • CV screening

  • Finalizing selection process and sending official offers

  • Job advertisement

  • Communicating  with external and internal associates

What’s in it for YOU?

  • Full-time working hours, 09:00-17:00 (CET)

  • Work from home (in Serbia)

  • 6 months of paid internship

  • Internship contract via Youth agency

  • Work experience in an international company 

  • Communication with external collaborators

  • You will learn to independently use the Applicant Tracking System


What are we looking for?

  • You have a student status in Serbia

  • You are under 26 years of age

  • You speak Swedish fluently (C1/C2 level)

  • You are fluent in English (C1/C2 level)

  • Studying any of humanistic social sciences would be an advantage

  • Personal interest in HR and talent attraction and acquisition fields
