We are looking for a passionate student that is proficient in Swedish and English to support our Swedish talent acquisition team and help us bring some amazing talent!
Join us as a Talent Acquisition Intern for the Swedish language!
You would be responsible of full time recruitment cycle which includes:
Assisting in monitoring and taking care of the document administration
Monitoring the flow of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System
Conducting screening interviews with candidates
Candidate database search
CV screening
Finalizing selection process and sending official offers
Job advertisement
Communicating with external and internal associates
What’s in it for YOU?
Full-time working hours, 09:00-17:00 (CET)
Work from home (in Serbia)
6 months of paid internship
Internship contract via Youth agency
Work experience in an international company
Communication with external collaborators
You will learn to independently use the Applicant Tracking System
What are we looking for?
You have a student status in Serbia
You are under 26 years of age
You speak Swedish fluently (C1/C2 level)
You are fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
Studying any of humanistic social sciences would be an advantage
Personal interest in HR and talent attraction and acquisition fields
