Join us as an Inbound and Backoffice Agent:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and handling back-office tasks, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, providing assistance and resolving inquiries effectively

  • Address customer issues through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses

  • Maintain high-quality service standards, creating a positive experience for each customer

  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed to ensure swift resolution


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Portuguese & Spanish (C1+)

  • Proficient in English (B2+)

  • Ability to work on a shift basis, from 7h00 to 23h00, 7 days a week (8 hour shifts)

  • Strong communication skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service

  • Availability to work on site for the first 6 months, with a shift to hybrid work thereafter
