Join us as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers with identity verification and digital signature solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that every customer has smooth and secure experience. 

Your expertise and bilingual skills will ensure that we can serve a diverse customer base, making a real impact in a rapidly expanding industry.


What are we looking for:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 or plus)

  • Advanced spoken and written English skills (C1 or plus)

  • Availability to do the first 10 days of training on a home office regime (9am - 6pm);

  • Availability to work from our beautiful office in the center of Porto;

  • Availability to work in shifts;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity;

  • Familiarity with technology and a willingness to quickly learn new tools and systems;

  • Precision and care when handling sensitive customer data and requests.
