We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative, fluent in Italian to help us enhance our services and continue delivering top-notch support.

Join us as a Italian speaking customer specialist!

As a customer specialist you’ll play a crucial role in facilitating smooth connections between potential renters and property owners. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

  • Validate renting capacity for home renters;

  • Contact new potential customers;

  • Provide support to our client customers, offering solutions and answering to all inquiries in a timely manner.

If you’re passionate about helping people find their perfect vacation home and making property ownership a rewarding experience, this is the role for you!


What are we looking for:

  • Fluent in Italian (C1 or plus);

  • Advanced spoken and written English skills (B2 or plus);

  • Availability to work 5 days per week (Monday to Friday);

  • Good computer skills;

  • Ability to generate empathy in written form;

  • Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot issues;

  • Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers;

  • Ability to manage time and meet goals.
