As a Communication and Change Management Specialist, your role is vital in facilitating effective communication strategies and managing organizational change initiatives within the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans, coordinating messaging across various channels, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of change efforts. Additionally, you will play a key role in assessing the impact of changes on employees and providing support to help them navigate transitions smoothly. Your ability to analyze communication needs, craft compelling messages, and foster a culture of openness and transparency will be essential in driving successful change initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support change initiatives and organizational transitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback, address concerns, and build support for change efforts.
  • Create a variety of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and FAQs, to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Assess the impact of change on employees and develop targeted communication strategies to address their needs and concerns.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and town hall meetings to facilitate understanding and adoption of new processes and policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in communication and change management to drive innovation and excellence in your role.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in communication, change management, or organizational development roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and communication tools/platforms.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
