Join our Transcom Team as an HR Support Specialist!

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
  • Be responsible for the correct implementation of the Human Resources policies defined at the Company, in terms of labor relations and personnel management and administration, guaranteeing effective support to the Organization's remaining functional areas and to all employees forming part of the Organization.
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn together with your colleagues.
  • Work rotational shifts; locations include 5th Settlement and Smart Village.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Language English minimum: B1 (Very good) or higher.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge is a must.
  • University/College diploma or equivalent degree (Economy, Labor Relations, Work Studies, Administration, or similar).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (administration, preferably in HR department) in a large, dynamic organization.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes is an asset.
  • Experience in working with formal documents and sensitive data.
  • Previous experience in HR IT solutions is an advantage (SAP).
