Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next Accounting Manager for our Transcom Pasig site.


Join our Transcom Family as an Accounting Manager!


To cover general ledger; treasury; accounts receivable/billing; bank reconciliation; intercompany entries and
reconciliation; cashflow reporting; external and internal audit, management and forecasting; month-end closing; month-
end reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Critical general ledger; treasury; accounts receivable/billing; bank reconciliation; intercompany entries and reconciliation; cashflow reporting; external and internal audit management and forecasting; month-end closing; month-end reporting tasks as assigned
  • Direct review of GL team’s tasks
  • Manage, coach, mentor and upskill the GL team
Additional Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Process NA Payroll Entries
  • Perform Monthly Revenue Reconciliation
  • Coordinate with Columbia Finance Team and handles full accounting and reporting of Columbia in SAP and inHyperion
  • Handle Fixed Asset accounting
  • Performs monthly Intercompany reconciliation
  • Monthly GL Account Reconciliation
  • Perform SAP Closing Steps and Hyperion Reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly cash forecast
  • Other adhoc and projects as assigned from time to time

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Accounting degree
  • At least 3 years leading a team
  • SAP user
  • Hyperion reporting experience a plus
  • Experience in US, Canada and India accounting and taxation a plus
  • CPA is an advantage
  • Experience in inter-company accounting and reconciliation
  • Treasury experience
  • At least 8 years of progressive work experience
  • Hands-on management style, can roll up the sleeves and up-skill, coach and mentor the team  
  • Actual SAP and Hyperion experience
