Join Transcom as a Receptionist!

As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for all visitors and clients. Your key role is to provide exceptional service, guidance, and information, ensuring every interaction reflects our professional image with clarity and efficiency.


In this role you will:
  • Be the primary point of contact, warmly greeting and assisting all internal and external visitors.
  • Answer and make calls
  • Handle all correspondence
  • Perform administrative tasks related to documentation
  • Manage identification badges for visitors, training participants, and more.
  • Provide direct support to the Office Administrator/Office Manager on various tasks.
  • Prepare weekend personnel lists for Security & Cleaning.
  • Maintain and control first-aid kits, ensuring compliance and full stock.
  • Assist with event preparations at the site.
  • Support HR and recruitments activities

What we are looking for! 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite programs. 
  • Language skills: essential English B2 and Italian B2.
