Are you an AI/ML Engineer who thrives on solving tough challenges and loves building innovative solutions? Duties within the role will include:
Train, fine-tune and deploy a variety of machine learning models - including LLM, SLM, STT, TTS, NMT, embedding, classification, prediction.
Build upon foundational LLMs to create specialised models that address specific business needs.
Participate in R&D to explore new ideas and advancements, implement and test new models, and apply research findings to develop machine learning solutions.
Manage and maintain AI/ML infrastructure to ensure efficient development, testing and deployment of models.
Monitor model performance in production, potimising for accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
Innovate and propose new AI products both internally and for our clients.
Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research, adopting best-fit technologies for business needs.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or relevant Software Engineering roles.
Proficiency in Python, experience with LLM APIs, and familiarity with tools like PyTorch, scikit-learn, Langchain, or other relevant AI frameworks.
Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks for managing and deploying models (familiarity with Vertex, Kubernetes is a plus).
Experience in a Python web framework (FastAPI).
Experience with fine-tuning, retraining, and creating synthetic datasets is a plus.
Experience with platforms like Google Cloud Platform and Hugging Face.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-changing environments.
Fluency in English is required.
