Join us as an English-Speaking Guest Services Representative!

Become the friendly voice of a global entertainment icon, creating magical moments for guests of all ages. In this role, you will:
  • Provide exceptional support to our guests via inbound calls, emails, and chats — assisting with orders, payments, product inquiries, returns, promotions, account access, and technical questions, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience;
  • Listen actively, empathize, and resolve guest concerns efficiently, always aiming to exceed expectations;
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed, ensuring smooth resolution;
  • Confidently navigate multiple systems while keeping guests informed with clear and patient updates;
  • Work independently yet collaboratively in a fast-paced, structured virtual environment with a full-time schedule, managing high volumes of guest interactions;
  • Work shifts Monday through Sunday, between 9 am and 9 pm;

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 or native level);
  • Friendly, empathetic attitude with strong communication and active listening skills;
  • Ability to multitask while assisting guests and maintain professionalism at all times;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Solid computer skills and quick adaptability to new tools and processes;
  • Positive mindset with eagerness to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

In order to work from home, you will need to have:
  • A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher.
