In this role you will be responsible for:
Assisting in managing paid media strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives while optimizing performance through data-driven insights
Focusing on Google Ads and ensuring the effective allocation of ad spend across all digital channels, including search, and display
Leveraging data-driven insights, continuous testing, and performance analysis
Developing and refining audience targeting strategies, ensuring ads are personalized and relevant to drive higher conversion rates
Continuously testing and improving ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness
Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
Minimum studies: BA or equivalent
2 years work experience in a similar role
Google Ads (expert level) and Analytics (expert level)
English language skills at C2
Additional languages a bonus
Ability to work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experience
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about digital advertising, audience targeting, and data-driven marketing strategies
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on continuous optimization.
Enjoys problem-solving and using analytics to refine campaign performance
