Join Transcom as a Specialist / Sr. Specialist, BCM!
Be on the front line of resilience for our team and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
Develop & Maintain BCM Plans: Design, implement, and regularly update comprehensive business continuity, emergency preparedness, incident management, and disaster recovery plans.
Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Perform regular analyses to assess potential disruption impacts, prioritize essential functions, and provide strategic recommendations to minimize downtime.
Lead Continuity Testing: Organize, execute, and evaluate simulation exercises to continuously improve plan effectiveness.
Ensure Global Compliance: Maintain plans in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations, with a strong focus on alignment with ISO 22301:2019 and risk frameworks.
Incident & Risk Management: Assist in formulating risk mitigation strategies, provide inputs to Risk Registers, and guide teams through live incident response coordination.
Promote Risk Awareness: Drive internal understanding through training and engagements, fostering a resilient risk culture across the organization.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in BCM, risk management, or disaster recovery, preferably within a global or multi-national company (BPO experience is a plus!).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk frameworks and standards, specifically ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and internal controls.
Software Skills: High-level IT skills in Windows/Office applications, along with experience using risk management software or data analytics tools.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills to present complex risk information to non-technical stakeholders, strong analytical and project management abilities, and proven emergency management skills.
Mindset: Quick adjustment to new tools and client requirements in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Languages & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional global team; proficiency in a second language is a strong advantage.
