In your role as a Team leader for our client who is a premium car brand, you will play a key role in developing strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and routines.

The position as a Teamleader

As a Team Leader, your work tasks will include (not limited to), managing the team performance, ensuring team members have the necessary coaching from the CSRs, measuring and enhancing the satisfaction within the team and importantly, driving KPIs and new initiatives to improve financial efficiency.


Working hours: Scheduled between the opening hours Mon-Fri 07:50-16:35

Employment rate: 100%

Collective bargain: Call/Contact Center och Marknadsundersökningsföretag

Type of employment: This is a permanent role that starts with six months of probationary period.



What are we looking for:

We are looking for someone who is structured, development oriented and has leadership experience. You thrive in building relationships within and outside of the organisation and to lead and motivate others. You have the ability to maintain focus and can prioritize your work tasks independently. Furthermore, we believe that you are a motivated, goal-oriented person who likes to work both solo and in a team.


In addition to this we have these requirements for the position:

  • You are fluent in Swedish & English 

  • Eager to learn new things and adapt quickly to change 

  • High level knowledge of Google package and other CRM systems

  • The ability to inspire & develop your team members

  • Minimum 6 month experience in leadership within the Customer Service industry

  • Analytical/data handling experience is advantageous in this role
