As Business Manager at Transcom you will:
Build trust with the client
Be responsible for P&L that you manage
Ensure client satisfaction
Empower and coach your team leaders to build world class teams
Control, monitor, report on and analyse relevant KPIs
Ensure high employee satisfaction by building trust in the team
Ensure a smooth and profitable operation
Ensure that targets are set for each employee
Empower the team members to outperform

To be successful in this role you
Have 3+ years of experience in customer service and contact center support
Possess 2+ years of experience in leading complex teams
Are experienced in BPO/contact centres
Demonstrate leadership and management skills
Are “hands on” with a “doer” approach
Confident, with a “Can do” attitude
Able to keep calm,work under pressure and to deadlines
Take ownership
Are analytical and a problem solver
A team player
Have native level Portuguese and English language skills. Spanish would be a bonus
