Join us as an Office Administrator Assistant:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office environment and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. Your mission will include:
Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment and systems to ensure the office is fully functional;
Assist with filing, record-keeping and organizing company documents both digitally and physically;
Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and assist with planning office events and meetings.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills
Fluency in English; any other additional language is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail)
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
