At Transcom, an Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success of their business unit, focusing on achieving targets, managing employee performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. They act as a liaison between different departments and report to the Sr. Operations Manager or Director, working closely with support functions to achieve revenue goals and profitability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Performance Management: Managing the performance of their team to meet and exceed targets.
  

• Service Delivery: Ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
  

• Client Interaction: Maintaining strong client relationships and addressing their concerns.
  

• Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  

• Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to processes and procedures.
  

• Resource Management: Managing resources effectively to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  

• Financial Performance: Achieving set revenue targets and maintaining a high gross profit margin.
  

• Team Leadership: Motivating and leading a team to achieve success.

• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
