This role is perfect for someone who knows that recruitment is more than just sourcing and screening. You’ll work as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, own the full hiring lifecycle, and help us continuously raise the bar on who we bring into the business.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategy

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from role kick-off through to offer stage

  • Actively source talent through the right channels, especially for high-volume CX roles

  • Drive a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

  • Meet deadlines and deliver on hiring targets in a fast-paced environment

  • Build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

  • Contribute to employer branding and drive initiatives that make us stand out

We think you’ll thrive here if you:

  • Bring at least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within fast-paced environments

  • Are fluent in both Norwegian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Know how to work autonomously and take ownership of results—without needing micromanagement

  • Are proactive, confident, and solutions-focused, with a bias for action

  • Collaborate well across teams and aren’t afraid to challenge hiring decisions constructively

  • Bonus: Experience in BPO or high-volume recruitment environments
