An exceptional chance for professional growth is waiting for you! Believe in your potential and become our next Lead CSR for the Whirlpool project. We are looking for a motivated leader to support our operations for the Finnish market!

What you will receive:

  • Base salary of 9,950 PLN gross + performance-based bonus of up to 15%.
  • Employment contract with probation period: 2–3 months, allowing you to fully integrate into your new responsibilities.
  • Onboarding training in Gdańsk (one week, on-site) – we provide and cover the cost of your accommodation.
  • Fixed working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CET), Monday to Friday, according to the Finnish calendar.

What does a typical day look like?

As a Lead CSR, you manage the flow of calls, emails and chats for the Finnish market. You monitor service quality, conduct internal training for the team, and ensure the achievement of designated goals. You support the Team Leader in daily operations, maintaining Whirlpool brand standards and acting as a mentor for consultants.

What makes you stand out:

  • Language skills: Excellent command of Finnish (native or near-native Finnish speaker), high cultural awareness of the Finnish business market 
    and very good knowledge of English (min. B2).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and leading a team.
  • Leadership competencies: Ability to monitor quality, conduct training, and draw conclusions from data (KPIs).
  • Goal and growth orientation: Willingness to share knowledge, empathy, and proactivity in problem-solving.
  • Excellent organization: Strong ability to prioritize and manage time for yourself and the team.
