Join us as a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Representative!

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued Portuguese-speaking customers, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

Your role:
  • Engage with customers via phone and email, providing support with professionalism, empathy, and a smile.
  • Assist customers with product information, order updates, returns, and general inquiries, making their shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while reinforcing our positive brand image.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of escalated cases.
  • Stay informed about company policies, products, and e-commerce processes to provide the best possible support.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using email platforms and handling phone interactions effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
