Descrizione e requisiti
The call centre is one of the last places where a company and a human actually meet, and one of the hardest places in any business to make brilliant. The tools have never quite been good enough. Until now.
AI has become just good enough that the standard call centre doesn't have to exist anymore. Someone is going to draw the new shape of how a company talks to its customers, and hundreds of millions of conversations a day are about to move through whatever that shape turns out to be. At Transcom, we're building it. We'd like the person who decides what it looks like to be you.
You'll own the product - vision, strategy, roadmap, and the calls. What ships, what dies, what isn't good enough yet. You'll partner with Engineering, but the decision is yours.
In this role, you will:
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our enterprise CX and AI products, and own delivery end-to-end for your product area
Decide what to build and why, validating problem–solution fit with prototypes and real users before committing engineering capacity
Prototype quickly with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cowork, Codex, Gemini) to test ideas and reduce the cost of being wrong
Ship and observe - monitor adoption, usage, and telemetry, and act on signal to improve, kill, or double down
Run light - short, mostly async alignment; deputise engineers as mini-PMs on smaller work so your time goes to higher-risk, cross-functional calls
Partner with Operations, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Marketing on adoption, feedback loops, and GTM enablement
Make the team compound - share skills, patterns, and practices so individual learning becomes team leverage
To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Master's a plus); technical background preferred
3+ years in B2B enterprise software, CX SaaS, or AI platforms - with a roadmap you've owned and releases you've shipped, as a PM, Tech Lead, founder, or senior engineer
A track record of making prioritisation calls with incomplete information and defending them under pressure - comfortable killing work that isn't earning its place
Working knowledge of common AI patterns (evals, skills, retrieval, tool use, agents) and how each one breaks; vendor-neutral, weighing quality, cost, and latency
Hands-on experience with modern AI coding and design tools (Claude Code, Cowork, Codex, Gemini) - enough to prototype an end-to-end concept yourself
You read system diagrams, speak API, and bring real curiosity to discovery, hypotheses, and telemetry
A clear, precise, structured communication style — you speak with conviction and can hold a room
You make the people around you better, share what you know, and treat shared goals as actually shared
English C1 (verbal and written); additional languages a plus
What's in it for YOU!
The chance to draw a new surface, not optimise an existing one - most PM roles ask you to make a known thing 12% better; this one asks you to define the shape of something new
A seat in the room where the new shape of customer communication gets decided - with the customers, the data, and the engineering depth to actually ship it
Authority to shape a piece of how billions of conversations happen between companies and humans
Not the comfort of a stable category, but the chance to be the PM who made the calls that mattered
International, inclusive environment with continuous development through learning platforms and external training
Hybrid working model, flexible schedule, and a modern office with space to take a break
Corporate benefits and discounts
You're probably already strong. You don't need this job to prove you can do the job. What you want is a place where the work could become undeniable … and that's what this role offers. Start something brilliant with us.
Please include a full CV in English with your application. Closing date: Thursday 4th June 2026.
